In allen geschlossenen öffentlichen Räumen, Gaststätten, Bars, Diskotheken und am Arbeitsplatz gilt in Spanien ein striktes Rauchverbot.
Conditions: Gilt für alle Tabakprodukte. Keine Raucherräume in der Gastronomie gestattet.
Exceptions: Private Raucherclubs (Clubes de fumadores) mit strengen Nicht-Gewerbe-Auflagen.
